I am having problems like I did before I had a recteocele,with my bowel movements and needing to help by using my finger to go to the bathroom. I feel like I am leaking urine and wear a panty shield, which smells of amnonia, for protection. Any suggestions on what to do,I would appreciate that. Also I never feel like I totally go to the bathroom and also feel the need to go all of the time.
