** I am in the same boat as you. I do not wish to be on the Pill anymore, as I get headaches from it, and I am very concerned about putting these hormones in my body. I am allergic to nonoxynol 9 also, and I have a similar reaction to your hubby. I am wishing to use a diapragm also, and I will try a spermicide with octoxynol instead, it may help.
