Fertility tests, on track?

Ok...I've been charting my BBT and I think maybe the problem with my progesterone level was actually that it wsn't done 7 dpo, but rather just on day 22. This month my temp hovered at 97.0 until day 18 when it went up to 97.5, day 19 - 97.3, day 20 - 97.4 (really bad cramping on each side for just over 45 mins. Follicle rupturing? ) day 21 - 97.8

So I either ovulated on day 18 or day 21. Either way day 22 would only be 1-4 days post ovulation, not 7. So a progesterone level of 9.3 might not have been so low.

DH's sperm count was given to us wrong. It's actually: Count: 11.0 m/ml Motility grade: 2 Motility: 36% Viscosity: Normal Coagulation (Liquify): Normal

So we have him on 1500mg of Vitamin C, and 400mg Vitamin E.

We've decided not to use experimental medication: Ie Herbs. They may work..but if they haven't been studied then who knows what side effects of lasting problems they could cause. No thanks.

Day 2 of my next cycle I go in for a baseline Ultrasound, and as soon as my period ends I am going in for an HSG (test to see if my tubes are clear). I'm also going to talk to my RE about Clomid, and possibly trying IUI.

Any recommendations on how to get around a low sperm count and possibly low progesterone level???

Angie M.
