Birth Control Pills question, missed dose, problem?

I take ortho-novum 1/35 BCP. Because of migraines, my doctor and I decided to skip the placebo pills each month and start a new pack. I've been doing this for 5 months.

I'm having asthma trouble, and I'm really tired all day. Because of this, I forgot to get my pills refilled yesterday. So I didn't take a pill yesterday, which would have been the start of a new pack for me. This is the first time I have done this. I'm very regular about taking my pills.

I think this shouldn't be a problem, it's like having one placebo day, right? But I remember one of the doctors saying that the most important pills to take is at the beginning and end of a pack.

Should I be concerned?

Ann
