No problem! Airline travel in a pressurized aircraft is safe at any point in pregnancy, though the airlines don't really want anyone close to term for fear that they will go into labor in the air. My father is a MD-11 pilot for American Airlines, and this is a particular fear of his, being a firm believer in the principle that a man's place is in another county when a woman is in labor. Still, it has not happened in a 35 year career, so I think he is not in too much danger.
