Dear Debbie,

I had a Barium a few years back and like you was certain it was going to be Terrible. Well I did a lot of deep breathing and a bit of meditation during the proceedure and trust me it was not Bad at all.

In fact after it was over I wondered why I had been so aafraid of it. Could it have been because I am a nurse and we Always think the worst?

Good luck and do have the test. The worst part is drinking that stuff the night before so you are cleaned out. After That the test is a peice of cake.
