irregular periods/pregnancyFrom: Roxsan (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun, 28 Feb 1999 12:48:40 -0600
I am a 19year old Female and since i started my period at the age of 13, my periods have been very irregular. When I turned 18 last year my Dr. felt it be necisary that she find a med to help regulate them, so she put me on Provera and i took the med for a little while and then i stoped, just because i hate to take med. Then in Aug. 98 i started haveing a period on my own and they come every other month right on scheduel. which may be weird for most but that is the most i have realy ever been regular. Now my question is this my husband and I are trying to have a child and i am wondering if it is going to be difficult for me to concive seeing how my periods only come every other month, can i still get pregnant on the month in which i do not have a period? What things could we possibly do to insure or to increase the chances of me getting pregnant? Since i only have a period every other month what is the number of days in my cycle (28,30)? I do not know how to calculate that. I would really appresiate some feed back. Thank's so much.. -- Roxsan
