Hi Lisa,

I can really respond to this one!! Last June I had a biopsy done and they did a urine test before the biopsy. Yes it was too early to tell with a urine test but they insisted on doing it anyways. It was negative as I thought it would be so we did the biopsy. Well guess what.....I was in fact pg because I repeated the test 6 days later and got the positive result. I am happy to tell you my little girl was born last month on the 12th and very happy and healthy to boot!! My Perinatologist said the same as yours that it should be ok to still try and conceive on the cycle of the biopsy. The risk is small that the biospy could affect the fetus but it is a risk you take.

BTW I thought the biopsy was no sweat. I was really worked up from hearing others horror stories and it ended up feeling like a 2 second pinch. The worst part was the speculum.
