I'm sorry, but I have never seen any sample tubes of Premarin cream, but I doubt that there is more than one size. It is sold in tubes containing 45 grams.

Breakthrough bleeding is possible, but very rare in my experience. This is largely due to poor systemic absorption of vaginal Premarin. Still, absorption is variable, so it won't be unheard of.
