First of all, see your doctor to rule out any sort of infection (yeast, etc.) Then, look at the ingredients of the products you are using. Nonoxynol 9 - the spermicide - can be highly irritating and may be the root cause. I went through the same sort of thing when my husband and I tried using spermicidal supposotories, when I stopped using them the irritation cleared up quickly and never returned. Make sure the lubrication product is water based and some may contain nonoxynol 9 and/or 10.
