My best friend went thru this samething. It was a Barothlins cyst. She had been to 4 diff docs it was lanced 4 times even got to the size of a egg. She also had pus and blood. U need to sit in salt water 3 times a day. It happens when one of the Barothlin glands stops up which is a gland that realases the lubrication fluid and is painful but nothing dangerous. But I would check with ur doc if the salt water don't help
