<< I called into the DR's office, and the nurse said that the Doc will probably give me another course of Provera but she will have to talk to him first and call me back. What could be the possible reasons that Provera didn't work? ******* I would imagine that your uterine lining is not stimulated by Estrogen. The lining will not respond if there is no prior Estrogen effect on it.

Another round of Provera sounds good to me. It is very easy to determine if this 'Estrogen Effect' is present. During the pelvic exam the doctor can take a small sample of the cervical mucous; air dry it; then look at it under the microscope. The doctor may want to do an expensive hormone test, but the quick look seemed better to me.

>> Could there be something seriously wrong with me?
******* I doubt it, BUT you have given me no information upon which to make such a judgment.

>> I am scared that I will not be able to have any more children!
******* i would have to have much more information to make this judgment. If you do not make your own hormones your ovaries may have to be 'kicked' with hormones for you to ovulate (make eggs) and get PG?
