Hi Jenn, It kinda sounds like you are having bladder spasms along with a possible prolapsed bladder. I had both. With the spasms it would start to tighten up and hurt pretty bad right at the end of going pee. I think those are due to the bladder being traumatized. Me it was from a bladder repair. You, possibly the forceps. My prolapsed bladder gave me a pulling feeling all the time. If I would stand for long times then it would feel as if everything was falling down. I would also have urine leaking when I coughed or laughed ect... It would be a good idea to mention this to your doctor on you visit next week. Good luck.
