So very true! A common mistake is to reply to spam. I would suggest setting up filters in your email program that will send any mail from that person directly into the trash. Unfortunately, that's the best you can do until Congress wakes up and realizes that unwanted email should be illegal.

You can also go into to your internet browser, look under Preferences, and go to cookies. Look for the OB/GYN.net cookie and delete it. The next time you post, instead of putting your real email address, add "nospam" or something to that effect to your address. When the spammers try to use it, it will get returned to them because it's not a valid email address.
