Yeast Infection - Men

I would appreciate any information you could help with.  I ocassionally get yeast infections after having alot of intercourse with my boyfriend.  The help I am looking for is for my boyfriend.  After I get a yeast infection, he always gets one as well but for him it is very very painful. We always maintain very clean hygiene before and after. He has very sensitive parts and extra foreskin that may make matters worse.

Please tell me what he can take (like Caprylic Acid) to prevent this from happening.  Is there certain medicine he should take orally. He has tried the "one dose" pill but that doesn't always work. Can he also use Monistat cream?  I've heard about some other stuff like Pau D Arco, Garlic, or Acidophilus.  Please help.
