Ablation or other alternatives for abdominal surgury for menopasual bleeding

I have begun to bleed again after four years and two d&c's. I am on esteriol and prometium; abdominal surgury is not a good option due to three prior operations and excessive scar tissue. I have been bleeding heavily on and off for six weeks; this last bout is profuse and painful but I do not believe surgury is a good option for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
