Who is Dr. George and Why Does Everyone Want Him In Particular To Answer Their Questions???

I haven't been coming around as much as usual, and now that I am back, I
see many, many questions addressed to George@AOL something or other. So,
here are my questions:
Where are the other docs (Dr. Marchbein? Dr. Hill?) ?
Who is George?
Shouldn't he be identified as a "doctor" if he is going to be answering
questions here? (Not that I don't believe that he's a real doctor, but
the Internet Cynic in me wonders if I couldn't get on here as "Dr.
Lauren" and answer questions.)
This is not meant to offend or be rude. I just don't get it.
