Have you had other tests done on the colon and bowels such as a colonoscopy, sigmoidoscope and the like? You really need to put some more effort into calming yourself, this state of anxiety you are in is not doing you any good at all. You mentioned in another of your posts that you found a GI doctor that you have a good relationship with, I think you need to speak very frankly with this doctor about your worries and why you are so worried. He can take measures to help prevent your worst fears from coming true. I'm glad you have such a good rapport with your gyn but I think perhaps at this point your difficulties may be outside his realm. I can certainly understand his reluctance to do any more surgery on you at this time, your body has been through so much recently you really need to heal. Have you searched the archives for Dr. Weisman's area on adhesions? (Gosh I hope I spelled his name right). Read the archives and take some notes then, when you next visit the GI or whoever your next appointment is with, take your notes with you and ask them if any of the information applies to your situation. In the meantime, give yourself some pampering, put some real effort into finding some calm, worryfree moments, drink lots of fluids (water water and more water)eat plenty of fiber, fruits, vegetables, grains. It won't cure you but hey, worrying yourself sick won't either so give yourself a break, huh?
