If it makes a difference I have pcos. I have read on some of the message boards that if you take it before you go to bed that the mood swings arent as bad. I normally take it in the morning. My question is does it make a difference what time of day you take it? Does it effect ovulation and so on? Any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated .
