AdhesionsFrom: Susan (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 4 Feb 1999 06:15:21 -0600 (CST)
Exactly to what extinct can adhesions or endo hurt?I had a C-section and a tubal ligation 21 years ago.I can hurt anywhere from abd.down front of legs, low back and sides, even higher up in the back.I have never been diagnosed with either one but only 2 small fibroids(which shouldn't hurt)and all Gastro.tests have been negative.I have requested Laps.from 2 Drs.and all they recommend is Hyst. One say he can do it only Abd.the other Vag.If there is Adhesions will theDr. that said he could do it Vag.wind up having to do Abd.I"m just tired of hurting and can't understand the reasoning of not wanting to do a Lap. and saying I just need a Hyst. They also said the Hyst.may help, may not.So why not find out what it is for sure.I am 48 and FSH range is normal for Meno.Doc.also said that test would tell me how close to being through Meno.Is that possible to tell that from a blood test? Thanks Susan
