Hi! My doctor wants to put me on the pill due to my very irregular periods(13 plus years now). I've been researching the different ingredients, so what I need to know are what the differences are (no matter how small)between the different estrogen/progesterone combinations are.The estrogen part either comes in the form ethinyl estradiol or mestranol. The progesterone part comes in either norethindrone, ethynodiol diacetate, norethindrone acetate, levonorgestrel or norgestrel. What are the differences, if any? I'm particularly curious about libido, since mine's pretty low. Any help would be most appreciated!
