George, you help clear up some things for me, but I'm still confused! Since I already had the granulated tissue removed five times and biopsed which was negative for the tube and the DR. wants to do it again, because of course it is back where do I go from here? I still have pain and soreness on left side. My doctor is saying the tissue and pain are not connected. He is doing an internal ultrasound next Tues. but from what I read adhesions do not show up on ultrasounds. When is enough -enough how many times does this tissue need to be removed? Does it continue to form again, or is he not getting it all during the procedure? At what point do we suggest something else for the pain? Can pain & tissue be connected? If trapped nerve, wouldn't I have some sort of numbness, tingling or my leg going to sleep? In your opinion does the pain/soreness after intercourse, lifting, sitting ,internal exam sound like adhesions or trapped nerve. I'm not anxious about going to have some sort of numbing agent shot into my groin area. With my luck I'll come out not walking. Please give me some suggestions to take with me to my next Dr. Appt. Thank you for your time, I will be sure to let you know what happens. Alex Smith
