Ruptured cyst? I was in severe pain for a few months the doctor had put me on Nordette 28 and Voltaren to try and reduce the cyst. Last week I started my period and had great pain for about 30 mins and I passed some white chuncks after that all the pain and pressure I had been having is gone. I feel like my old self again. Went the my GYN and he did a pelvic and said there was no change. Is it possible the cyst ruptured?
