Newborn proceduresFrom: Mary (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 16 Jan 1999 11:02:06 -0600
I know this is a bit off topic, but I would appreciate any insight to my question. Instead of the newborn's heel being pricked and squeezed for blood for the PKU test, can't a sample of cord blood be used right after delivery? Thanks for any opinions,
