Not to disagree but I will..... If this young lady used preemptive contraception such as a condom, or something like that and it BROKE which they do from time to time, she could, and is entitled to Emergency Contraception is she not? All the literature I have read, is that you have a 72 hour window. For all we know, the condom could have broke, this young lady could have jumped on the computer a few hours after and written her note. I try not to jump to conclusions.
