I'm 45 years old >Thanks >Lilian It is neither normal nor acceptable for a woman who has had a hysterectomy to have ANY vaginal bleeding, and if your ovaries have been removed, the chances of endometriosis are essentially zero. This needs a full evaluation, as soon as possible.
