hi Terri Bladder spasms: same here, horrible bladder spasams after my TAH/BSO dr. put me on cystospaz too, and then changed me to DITROPAN (OXYBUTYNIN IS THE GENERIC NAME) AND IT helped much better. give it time, i got soooooo discouraged about this, and had also urethra spasams that were worse than the bladder ones. hang in there, and try the ditropan.

-Becky, post op TAH/BSO/appendectomy 10weeks and counting!
