I have a 7cm ovarian cyst and about 7 1/2 weeks pregnant. My doctor has suggested tylenol/codeine if the pain becomes more severe, which it has. I'm most uncomfortable at night when sleeping. Some nights I wake up & toss & turn from the pain. I will be having a second ultrasound next Tuesday to see if the cyst has grown.
