Re: Why do some doctors not treat abnormal bleeding?

Medicine can sometimes be like a religion. There are some doctors who don't believe in certain treatments, problems, etc. Any doctor who makes you feel like "it's all in your head," whether directly or indirectly, is a sign you should find someone else. It doesn't mean that your doc is a bad doc, it's just not the doc for you. From what I know, bleeding so heavy that you go through a pad an hour should really be looked into. You shouldn't doubt yourself. If this is a problem for you, find a doc that will take this seriously.
