cervical cancer or endometrial cancer?

I am 25yrs old and have never had a normal period since i started at 15yrs of age. Sometimes i go a whole year without a period. I have also bled for about 6wks with a day or two non bleeding days. Recently the prolonged bleeding started again and i went to see my ob/gyn. She put me on provera and did a pap smear in additon to other tests. All the tests were ok except for the pap smear. Since it was abnormal she performed a copolscopy and biopsy. The results came back and i was diagnosed for cervical cancer. My doctor referred me to an oncologist who interviewed me and did a pelvic exam. After he talked to me he told me that he believed that the problem was from the uterus and not the cervix therefore suggesting that i had endometrial cancer instead. He is going to perform a hysteroscopy and d and c. I trust both doctors but even though both of the diagnosis arent good i prefer the second diagnosis. Is it possible that the second diagnosis is right but spread to the cervix and so makes the situation just as bad as the first diagnosis? If so, will my doctor have to perform a hysterectomy instead of putting me on hormone therapy? Either way i am not worried because i believe that God will take care of me but i still want to know. I dont have children and i would like to have some so hysterectomy is not something that will make me happy. Somebody please respond and give me an insight in my situation. Thanks to all who answer.
