Pregnancy after trophoblastic diseaseFrom: Betsy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 30 Dec 1998 20:30:28 -0600 (CST)
Had a molar pregnancy at age 35 in 1994, which required six months of IM methotrexate therapy due to metastatic lung involvement. Condition has completely resolved. First pregnancy, and no pregnancies since then. I understand that the odds increase to 1 in 100, of this occuring again, once a person has had one. I am now 40, and am wondering how much greater the odds are, given both my history of this, and my age.
