About a year ago, my husband had a testicular biopsy to see if he had a blockage. His urologist had done 2 sperm counts that both came back with a zero count. He had done several blood tests, and all his hormone levels were fine. When they did the biopsy, they found that he did not have a blockage. For some unexplainable reason, he does not produce sperm. The urologist said all his organs and hormone levels are fine, and there wasn't anything that caused this. At the time, we were told by specialists that there wasn't any successful treatment for this. I was just wondering, since he has the organs/hormones to produce sperm, and he just doesn't, isn't there any kind of medication or treatment that could help his body to produce sperm?
