Acne during Pregnancy

Is there any medical treatment for acne during pregnancy?

I usually don't have trouble with acne, but I had a horrible time with it in my first pregnancy and I have several scars from it. I would like to avoid scars this time, but I am starting to get the hard cysts that are large, deep, painful, and take over a week to even start getting better. They also tend to form in very inconvenient places, like under my bra strap. I don't remember having it this bad this early the first time (I'm almost 12 weeks now). I have regular pimples and these cysts on my face, neck, and back. I use acne-formula cleanser on these areas, anti-bacterial soap on my body, and treat really bad lesions with an OTC acne gel.

Any suggestions for preventing/ treating this acne? Are there any treatments I should absolutely avoid?
