Every other month I get that discharge associated with ovulation. Also on the months that I am pretty sure I am not ovulating I do not have many cramps, and when I do they are just mild and do not require me to take anything usually. But on the months I think I am ovulating I get really horrible cramps that require me to take a lot of ibuprofen (which does not always help).
