He's having to go abdominal because the cyst on the left is now 10 cm (CA-125 came back at 8), and he doesn't want to risk spillage. Speaking of HRT though...I've had two confirmed cases of phlebitis (while on OCPs). What be a good choice in you opinion? He mentioned a patch as a possibility.
