20 cm cysts from Clomid Hyperstimulation

I am 30 years old with no children. I have had 2 laparotomies in the past 18 months for removal of deblitating endo & large cysts. My most recent surgury was August 21st of this year and lasted 6.5 hours. It was horrible.

I don't ovulate so my doctor put me on Clomid. Prior to taking it he performed a "Clomid" check to verify that I had no obvious cystic masses. I took 50mg of Clomid starting on October 20 +\- for five days.

I started having pain during urination and thought I had a bladder infection. I went in and had a urinalysis which was negative. Then four Fridays ago I went to the ER because I couldn't stand-up straight and could barely walk because of the pain. They informed me that I had a cyst and it wasn't much to worry about, but I should follow-up with my GYN on Monday. I did and he said that I needed to go to the Radiology dept because their Ultrasound machine was better than his. He said he didn't trust his results. (Not a good sign). So I went to Radiology and they found one 20 cm X 11 cm X 6 cm cyst and four or five 6-8 cm cysts and a bunch of small ones.

My doctor told me that the best treatment for this is to continue to take the Tylenol 3, Roxicet & Naproxen Sodium he perscribed for pain, and to wait it out and it should clear up on it's own. (I am not taking the T3 & Roxi together, neither he or I are that crazy). I've been in constant pain for 4 weeks now and haven't felt like myself since this entire ordeal began 18 months ago. Is this the correct course of treatment for this condition? Or should I be receiving a more agressive therapy?

Thank you for your time. I am sorry this is such a long disertation of my condition.
