Endo and GI symptoms

Hi-

I was diagnosed with mild endometriosis a few years ago. Took Lupron and OCPs. Have been having progressive pain again, along with some nausea, since stopping OCPs...but for the past month have had severe pelvic pain, severe nausea, vomiting, and a slightly elevated temperature. Since I wasn't able to keep food or oral meds down consistently, the doc started me back on Lupron for a month or two. The pain has decreased some, but I still need pain meds to get through the day...and the nausea has decreased since he started me on Phenergan, but when I don't take it, I still get very nauseous. My weight has dropped about 15-20 pounds due to all of this. Have already seen a GI doc who believes it's not GI related and must be endo related. Upper GI/small bowel series, as well as a CT scan were normal, except for sludge in gallbladder which I'm told can be normal. My question is whether mild endo (none seen on bowels at time of first lap) can cause such GI symptoms...or is it probable that there's something else going on to be investigated further??? Should signs of endo have shown up on the CT if it's causing all these symptoms??

Thanks for your help.
