I am having horrible cramps that radiate towards my back and down my thighs despite 800 mg of ibuprofen and 2 pamprin. I remember having cramps like this a couple of times before. Usually my cramps occur on the first day and today is the 3rd day. If this continues I am going to call my doctor in the morning, but do any of you have any advise for me.
