Breast hematoma

Hello,

Lately I've been bumping my breast many times on a piece of furniture in my bedroom. (I've since moved that furniture....). This resulted in a bruise and a hard bump underneat it. I wonder what should I do to help the bump go away; someone suggested applying heat on it, but how many times a day, and how long should it take for the bump to go away? Is this dangerous for breast cancer? Thank you.
