I am also on Ortho-cyclen. It took me a long time to stop feeling queasy and depressed when I was on them. I used to cry when I was driving my car and a sad song came on the radio. I was on Triphasil before my doctor changed my prescription and I did not have half the side effects. Now that I have been on Ortho for about a year my body is finally becoming adjusted to them. I found that daily excercise and a multi-vitamin with iron helped me feel more perky. I hope this helps you.
