Re: Doctor's fees -- Thanks Dr. Hill

If I can add my two cents:

In the past year, I have had three right side ovarian cysts. One required surgery. All were extremely painful. When this occurs, I have been told by my doctor to call and get seen that day. My doctor wants to rule our utopic pregnancy and appendicitis. When I make these appointments, I am bumping someone else's appointment further behind. I used to get angry about waiting at the OB/GYN, but I now realize that he is probably treating women with emergency conditions. I have found that making a "well visit" early in the day will ensure a short wait. Or ask the nurse when the best time of day would be to make an appointment.
