There must be some level of fluctuation in your temperature, regardless of progesterone level, and there is no exact correlation between level of progesterone and temperature. If that were the case, I'd have been running a major fever during much of my first trimester, as my progesterone levels were very high. But my temp actually ranged from 98.6 to 99 (I only know this because I had a really bad cold and was monitoring my temperature to make sure it didn't go up past 100 degrees (at that point, my doctor would have wanted to give me a throat culture).
