Because of usually less amount of bleeding, women with the BCP has less change of iron deficiency and anemia. But some women got depressed with BCP and according to some studies this is the result of a lack of vitamin B6. BCP interferes with the metabolism of this vitamine. And extra vitamin B will cure that kind of depression.
