But it seems to be getting worse. Now everything is causing me to spot or bleed for one to two days, like after sex or after a bike ride up to the park. Before it was just a week to a week and a half of bleeding between periods, now its more like every second or third day in between my periods. I'm only 31 years old and have been with the same man for over 10 years. The problem is that I haven't any insurance and afaid to see a Doctor. Is there anything that anyone can tell me to do to stop this abnormal bleeding myself?
