Do cysts cause infertility!!

Hi, Iam 26 yrs married for almost 2yrs,Iam on Bcp Alesse-28 My concern is my doc did pelvic ultrasound to determine the cause of irregular periods which were 35-48 when I left my Bcp for few months.My periods are regular now 28 on Bcp. .Then results show my uterus is antiverted measuring 68x37x52 mm.Endometrial stripe measures maximally 8 mm on tranvaginal imaging. The left Ovary measures 32x13x18 mm and contains several cysts the largest of which measures 15x9 mm.The right Ovary measures 19x23x17 mm.No free fluid is seen in them.My doc also did Blood test--

TSH--2.4 Glucose--84 WBC--7.5 RBC--4.19 Hemoglubin---12.4 etc,

My question is how long can I continue pills to suppress my cysts before conceiving.I were planning to get Pg next Year.Are there any difficulty in conceiving due to these cysts.Your respond is appreciated.Thanks..
