Of course, the history of the pregnancy that resulted in your son's birth would be relevant - especially if there were any risk factors (gestational diabetes, toxemia, etc.) involved. My OB/Gyn made the notation of therapeutic abortion on my chart during my pregnancy, that was all. There's a stigma attached and I understand your apprehension but just remember, we are all humans and subject to the frailities of all non-perfect beings. Mistakes will be made and we deal with them as best we can in the moment. The moment is past so try not to dwell on it and torture yourself. Congratulations on your son's sibling-to-be!
