Urine pregnancy tests depend on how concentrated your urine is. Either 1) the blood test was a false positive; 2) you have had a very early pregnancy and miscarriage or; 3) (the most likely assuming you have had no bleeding) your urine was too dilute to detect the pregnancy hormone at the time you took the test. I would advise that you wait a week and then repeat the test using an early morning urine sample. The early morning samples are the best as they are usually the most concentrated.
