Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: Estrostep and depressed sex drive" Dear Dr. Marchbein, I am a 24-year-old woman who has been taking Estostep FE for a year and a half now. It has been great in that my periods are regular (they aren't if I don't take it), and there have been no noticeable side effects other than a depressed sex drive. Over the last year or so I have noticed my sex drive slowly decreasing. Could this be a possible side effect of the Estrostep or is it likely another problem?
