It's not possible to make a diagnosis over the Internet, but your symptoms do not sound like B.V. It sounds like a ruptured ovarian cyst, a GI problem (irritable bowel syndrome) or possibly a tubal infection. If you have any symptoms of pregnancy a tubal pregnancy would be a concern. Since it's still bothering you, I would suggest a return visit so your doctor can examine you further.
