Ashley Hill, M.D.: "Re: ?vaginosis" recently after a normal period I experienced an episode of concern. I was awakened in the night by abdominal cramping. After on bout of diarrhea I laid awake with a sharp pain on the right lower abdomin. This lasted about an hour before it went away.For four days following this I had cramping and a brown to bloody discharge. I continue to have achiness on the right side and have seen a doctor that gave me flagyl for bacterial vaginosis. However in all the pamphets I have read I have none of the classic symptons. I never had itching or ordor and the discharge was never grey, white or yellow.And now a week later I still have discomfort if I spend too much time working.(I work in a hospital on the night shift) Any sugesstion?
